The light turns amber. The first pour hits the ice.

Your guests won't remember the timeline. They'll remember this. Hand-built cocktails, a bar that photographs like a set piece, and bartenders who treat every guest like the guest of honor.

You host. We hold the bar.

Buy your bottles at Costco prices. Pour them like a five-star hotel.

We're a dry-hire bar: you buy the alcohol at retail, so you skip the 200–300% markup of a traditional hosted bar. We bring everything else, and we tell you exactly what to buy.

You bring
Beer, wine and spirits from our shopping list. Ice and cups too, unless you add them to your package.
We bring
The portable bar, bartenders, tools, mixers, fresh garnishes, a custom menu sign, setup and breakdown.
You keep
Every leftover bottle. We bag the bar trash before we leave.

La Reserva de Julieta, a passion fruit and pineapple tequila highball

Kept for someone special

La Reserva de Julieta

Bright tequila blanco shaken hard with ripe maracuyá and golden pineapple, sharpened with fresh lime, then lifted with a cold rush of Topo Chico. Crowned with mint. It tastes like the last warm hour of a Saturday, and it disappears just as fast.

Reina Morada, a purple chicha morada margarita with a salt rim

A queen, in violet

Reina Morada

Chicha morada, the purple-corn elixir of Peruvian family tables, poured over tequila blanco and fresh lime until the glass glows like dusk over the Pacific. A coarse salt crown. Tart, deep and regal: the drink everyone photographs first.

Fuego de Medianoche, a grapefruit and passion fruit paloma with a Tajín rim

For after the sun goes down

Fuego de Medianoche

A paloma that keeps the party lit: tequila blanco, grapefruit and a pulse of maracuyá, sparked with Topo Chico and finished on a chile-lime Tajín rim. Bittersweet, bright, and a little dangerous after midnight.
