Add to my quoteStarting prices cover up to about 75 guests with one bartender. Larger events, added staff, extra hours, weekend dates and travel are quoted individually. Full staffing packages with servers start at $950. A non-refundable 30% deposit (minimum $150) reserves your date; the balance is due at the start of your event.

Based on 2 drinks per guest in the first hour and 1 per hour after, adjusted for your crowd, plus a 10% safety margin. Every party is different; we fine-tune your list before the event.
