   Send the quote form, text (562) 475-2356 or email us with your date, guest count, event type and city.

   We confirm the details

   We follow up to ask about your timeline, menu ideas, staffing and any venue rules.

   Review your custom quote

   You get an itemized quote with your package, staff, add-ons and travel.

4. 4

   Reserve your date

   Your date is reserved once you sign the service agreement and pay the non-refundable 30% deposit (minimum $150). The balance is due at the start of your event, before setup.

5. 5

   Plan the menu and shopping list

   We design your drinks and send a shopping list. You buy the alcohol, then we arrive to set up, serve and break down.
